American English accent, please!
Please read it for me just like you are talking in a normal speed.
Thank you in advance. Ringo
Yesterday, I went to an English chat-room, which an Australian English- teacher holds once a week at his school.
There were six Japanese people, including me, and the teacher.
It was a rude awakening when I realized I couldn't speak English as well as I had thought. It took me a while to construct sentences and come up with words. I stumbled over words and phrases. At last, I chose to just be a listener in the group, which I do not prefer to do in English practicing places.
After leaving the school, I realized that my stumbling was a result of slacking off on my studies. Although a couple of months ago, I had decided to read articles aloud every morning, it ended up quitting only after a few weeks.
Now, I can't saying such as: "Your effort will pay off" and "Your effort will be rewarded." These sayings sometimes sound too good to be true for me to believe, but I should know they are true.
After some self-searching, I luckily had a chance to meet one of my friends who has kept up with reading aloud for a long time. She is truely an inspiration to me on my study.
Today, I once again decided to read aloud every morning!!!
I wonder what the result will be like...

Moarplease,
Thomas,
Thank you for your wonderful recordings!!!
I'm sorry for my late reply...
I have been having a hard time to connect to RhinoSpike through my computer, and I managed to come here by downloading Firefox temporarily.
Thomas, are you an owner of this site?
If so, would you help me? I use Internet explore. No matter how many times I have tried to get on, I couldn't.
If you have some ideas of what to do, would you e-mail me to mitsulove33mitsulove33@yahoo.co.jp?
I'm still willing to use Internet Explore, is it possible to come on RhinoSpkie?
Thank you so much, both of you!!!
Ringo
