Today was a Japanese national holiday called "Sports Day".
Many schools are going to hold an athletic meeting inviting students' parents and grand-parents.
I think that it's the biggest event of this season, especially for people who have children.
School children have been practicing marching and running in preparation for this event for over a month.
The other day when I was at the park, cute little children from 3 to 5 years old were there practicing.
They were so adorable that I stopped to look at them for a while. Some were doing what their teachers were telling them to do, but some were very naughty and running around aimlessly, which looked so cute to me.
I was amused to hear one of the teachers say...
"Only cool kids! Come here!", "kakko-ii ko wa, kocchi ni oide!" in Japanese.
All the naughty boys rushed up to the teacher!!! Hahaha
Is it a man's nature to be cool from early childhood? lol
