The doctor told me I need to cut back on my drinking. She told me I needed to get into running, sign up to a gym and take up yoga. I’m going to do none of those things. Instead, I have a plan to turn my life around, and so far, it has been going really well. I’m becoming a professional dancer on social media.
My family told me I was out of my mind. My daughters are embarrassed, my son is embarrassed and my wife pretends not to be embarrassed, but she is. I don’t care though. Finally, I’ve figured out what I should be doing with my life. Last week I quit my job. I’ll never need to show up at the supermarket dressed in that stupid uniform ever again. Now I dance.
