Hi Shania, my name is Al. My favourite place is definitely my bedroom because it's my space and it's very big. There is a television set, a guitar, there are lots of books, my video games. There are green curtains, because green's my favourite colour. My bed is big too. There is a little bedside table with a lamp. When I don't feel well, that's where I go: I play the guitar or read a book, then I feel better.
If you want an American accent perhaps you should use American spelling e.g. "favorite" not favourite". Also American spelling is easier.
