Let me know how this turns. out. I was not sure how to pronounce esophagitis. Maybe it is "es-o-fa-gy-tis" or maybe "es-o-fa-guy-tis".

these are tough! i'm familiar with most of them from veterinary work, except esophago-jejunostomy.
