Chocolate cake recipe
Hello guys! Welcome to my cooking channel. Today, I am cooking the perfect chocolate cake.
The ingredients for this recipe are really easy to find. You must have 200 grams of chocolate, 70 grams of flour, 3 eggs, a teaspoon of baking powder, a pinch of salt and vanilla sugar.
My secret ingredient is applesauce to replace the butter and the sugar! So add 100 grams of apple sauce on your grocery list.
For the utensils, you must have two bowls, a spatula, a ladle and a frying-pan.
Here are the instructions:
First, mix the flour, the baking powder, the salt and the vanilla sugar.
At the same time, melt the chocolate in a microwave.
When the chocolate is melting, add the eggs and the applesauce to the mix.
Then, add the chocolate.
When the oven is warming up, put the mix in a cake mold.
Put in the oven for 20 minutes at 180° Celsius.
