Losing weight
Our topic today is about losing some pounds.I have never understood why overweight people ask " ex-overweights" to give tips on how to lose weight. It seems clear to me that they already know how to achieve their goals, but they have problems maintaining themselves to become thin.To make this long story short, I have a piece of advice for someone who wants to get in shape,.
--- think like a thin person; they are able to eat lots of food. You may have seen a friend or relative who eat a lot and have a nice figure. Do you know why it happens? It happens because they are constantly on a diet.
If you were to observe a thin person eating during the week, you would notice they consum a lot of food two to three days a week, and typically spend long hours without food for the rest of the days. This would in crease dieting two to three days a week, and would work better than dieting every day.It seems crazy! However,it is logical that your body is used to receiving a large number of calories everyday, and if you suddenly decided to reduce the amount of calories, your body would assume you are starving, so you are basically storeing more energy.
