Natural speed please
Perhaps a motivation to keep you learning your target language. It is falling in love with someone who speaks your target language, hoping that someday you will be able to have a conversation without problems with her/him. Maybe you can't meet her/him in person.But that is not an impediment. I think that this was a motive for some people in their learning of languages.
