Some people in my family like to be on time. They try to be prompt. If they have an appointment at 9:00 A.M., they try to arrive at 9:00 or earlier. They know that people who are not prompt sometimes have problems.
My brother is always late. He never goes to work early. When he was in school, he was always tardy. His book were often overdue at the library. My parents and his teachers tried to teach him to be on time, but they didn't succeed. He will never be a punctual person.
