English Audio Request

79 Words / 1 Recordings / 1 Comments
Note to recorder:

This is for my kid who is studing English and who is learning this poem by heart. We would love to have a chance to listen it narrated by native speaker, ideally with British accent.

Here is Simpkin.
Simpkin once and Simpkin twice.
Simpkin nasty, Simpkin nice.
Simpkin high and Simpkin low.
Simkin fast and Simpkin slow.
Simpkin up and down the stairs.
Simpkin round and round the chairs.
Simpkin weak and Simpkin strong.
Simpkin short and Simpkin long.
Simpkin thin and Simpkin fat.
Simpkin this and Simpking that.
Simpkin warm and Simpkin chilly.
Simpkin sensible and skilly.
And sometimes when we stand and call:
"Simpkin! Simpkin! Simpkin"
Simpkin just not there at all.

I'm American, so I did it once in my native accent, and then figured I'd do it again in a silly british accent. It might not help, but you have it!
