    التفسير: مصدر الفعل فسر، يقول فسر الشيء فسرت وتفسيرا . قال ابن فارس: الْفَاءُ وَالسِّينُ وَالرَّاءُ كَلِمَةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ تَدُلُّ عَلَى بَيَانِ شَيْءٍ وَإِيضَاحِهِ.مِنْ ذَلِكَ الْفَسْرُ، يُقَالُ: فَسَرْتُ الشَّيْءَ وَفَسَّرْتُهُ . وَالْفَسْرُ وَالتَّفْسِرَةُ: نَظَرُ الطَّبِيبِ إِلَى الْمَاءِ وَحُكْمُهُ فِيهِ .
