Today we will talk about nutrition. Nutrition is important for our health. We need to eat a variety of foods to stay healthy. Foods have different nutrients that our bodies need. One nutrient is fat. Fat gives us energy. Another nutrient is fibre. Fibre helps our digestion. We also need vitamins and minerals. They help our body to work properly. Foods can have additives and preservatives. These make the food last longer. Carbohydrates and proteins are also important. They give us energy. When we eat, we have to think about the amount of calories we consume. So, remember to eat a balanced diet for a healthy body.
