I'm a student at Helwan university, faculty of education for special needs English department, Fourth grade.
I've worked before in esnad bdo company as a customer service for Egyptian Food bank about 3 months, Then i worked in Jumia about 8 months
I've worked at many teams as inbound, outbound, confirmation team, escalations team and as a live chat agent.
