It is widely believed that the academic performance and interpersonal skills of kids are greatly affected by their educators than their family members. In this essay, I strongly agree with the argument and explained it in details.

To begin with, the children acquires the knowledge and virtue from their school teachers. Also, they are the main resources for educating the students on different aspects of education such as science, mathematics and moralism. To illustrate it, take the successful professionals who always praise their educators for enabling them to achieve their desired goals. Thus, teachers are crucial and their roles played on educating children far weighted than their parents.

Next, the school going children spent most of their time with friends and teachers, where they are more capable of learning how to interact with others instead being at home alone. Also, various activities done in group makes the children more social, by which they gain confidence to communicate with others and this is essential for healthy community. For example, sports activities like both outdoors and indoors organized in the institutes led the kids understand the value of teamwork where the cooperation of each and every individual is necessary in terms of winning or losing the games . Hence, the tutors play the significant duties on building the profound personality of any students that further develop their communication skills aiding them further in their career.

To sum up, the role of the teachers on students to enhancing their ability to excel academically and socially has more impacts on their lives than their parents.
