I think when I reread and rewite it I can recognize my mistakes and I can learn from them, therefore I am rewriting again with the help of lang-8 friends` correction三, now. , so.. it seems it will be cooler soon. , ( =it will probably be getting cooler soon.)I got home just now. Yeah~ it`s a little late. I`d better clean my home as quickly as possible. My husband was away for a week, so I became lazy.I neglected my duties as a housewife. *。*/ But my husband is coming back to Korea tonight, and I think cleaning the house to welcome him WOULD BE nice, WOULDN｀t it? Now imagine your day incorporated with weightlifting. You wake up with extra energy because the weightlifting you've been doing has elevated your metabolism. You go to school and get compliments thrown at you from all directions; "Have you lost weight?" or "Have you been working out?" Because you're more alert you avoid the potentially dangerous co-ed coming right at you while you are walking casually to class. After school its time for your daily lifting routine. You switch from mild-mannered college student to a drooling, raging beast tossing around iron plates and bars. It's like a werewolf when the moon is full. You pull on the sweats and strut into your hunting grounds, the weight room. The sweet smell of sweat hits your flaring nostrils. You hear clinks and clangs like dinner bells calling you. You see other of your fellow beasts already conquering your prey, the weights. Adrenaline rushes through your body as you lay down under the weights, tensing for the kill. As you're pushing the bar above you're chest you imagine its you're annoying pleading for your mercy. You continue on this rampage for one to two hours than, wiping a towel across your face, leave physically drained and satisfied. Later that night, when the pizza guy comes late, you even tip him extra, just because you're in a good mood. Lucky for him you've got the feel-good chemicals the brain releases after exercise running through you. When you lay down, sleep comes much easier because your muscles are fatigued and stress is all but gone.

"The food you eat" is a key phrase in weightlifting. Nutrition plays a huge part in deciding how much you make changes and how fast you achieve them. In most cases there are two kinds of people on a weight program. Ones that want to lose weight and those who want to gain it. Protein is a big nutrient for both of these groups of people. It contains amino acids, which are the basic building blocks of muscle. People who want to lose weight but don't get enough protein will lose muscle along with fat because the body will also use muscle as an energy source. Carbohydrates are another big nutrient for both types of people. It acts as another energy source for the body besides tearing down muscle. But the consumption of fat is where the needs differ, obviously. In the last decade there has also been a huge explosion of supplements available to both types of weightlifters. Creatine being the most popular, a substance which helps people lift heavier weights by giving the muscle more energy. For people trying to gain weight there is numerous weight gain substances that are high in calories and protein. For the person trying to lose weight there are supplements the raise your metabolism, mostly by caffeine. To make these work you need the right program, though. The basic principle is if you want to gain weight you should do four to five sets of three to five repetitions while leaving about a minute of rest in between sets. This builds bulk in the muscles. If you're trying to lose weight, you should do two to three sets of ten to fifteen repetitions. While only resting about.

People usually overlook the mental benefits when thinking of this sport. Most people are drawn to weightlifting, as stated above, by its stress relieving abilities, the brain releasing endorphins brings this on. Endorphins are the brains' way of rewarding you for hard work, so maybe, despite the hard work, you will continue that activity. Don't be fooled, weight lifting is not a magical cure that requires no effort, it is hard work, but it pays off with feeling of accomplishment you get when it's over. The endorphin hormone is also responsible for the satisfaction you get after a hard workout. From personal experience, this is what draws me to weightlifting. The feeling after the workout you get of accomplishment and satisfaction. After people stick with it for a while their self-confidence will definitely go up. Looking in the mirror will actually be an enjoyable task. Having self-confidence helps you in every aspect of life. But a few people are drawn to it simply to go crazy for a few hours out of their day. A little time to let themselves go. Of course, letting a little stored aggravation out is good for the soul, too. This is another big draw for people, letting out the stored anger. Lifting weights combined with a few minutes of cardiovascular workouts, such as jump-roping or bike riding, releases those endorphins and empties your body of stress while improving your self-confidence. Losing fat can play a big factor in gaining that self-confidence.

Metabolism. The magic system of your body that regulates your body temperature, energy output, and fat burning. Some people are naturally born with high metabolism, so they can eat whatever they want and stay thin. But for most people, especially as you get older, this is not the case. Lifting weights forces your body to output more energy than usual, so it turns to fat for its energy source. After training for a while your body needs more and more energy during waking hours. So your metabolism gradually raises throughout the day, which burns more fat even when you're just walking to class. Having higher metabolism also gives you more energy throughout the day. But the food you eat has to turn into some kind of tissue, right? That's where the building muscle comes in. Weightlifting helps you lose weight healthfully by replacing the fat with muscle.

Imagine your day. You wake up groggy and dreading the day ahead. Then powerwalk to class because you're late from hitting the snooze button. In your haste you bump into a fellow classmate, spilling your books while you stand there watching your midterm paper fly away in the wind. Stress starts to fill you. Next you head to your part time job where you're boss thinks this is the only thing on your schedule. You come back home full of stress from all the extra homework your teachers gave you. Then order pizza for dinner, a seemingly peaceful task, which comes to late and has anchovies on it you didn't order. That's the last straw. You take it out on the pizza boy by slugging him in the face. He presses charges, which gives you more stress. Stress dominates your day.

How do you remedy all this stress? Drugs?! Suicide!? Assaulting the pizza boy overtime he comes late? There is a much easier and much more rewarding cure. Weightlifting is one of, if not the best methods of relieving stress accumulated throughout the day. It allows you to blow off some steam without risking injury to yourself or others, while improving your overall health. Although most people reserve weightlifting for huge, steroid doused bodybuilders and football players, it can be and is a hobby of people of all ages, races, and physical condition. It is the number one exercise for burning fat, obviously it is the best way for building muscle, it lessens the risk of injury by strengthening tendons and bones, in addition it improves your overall health by raising your metabolism and improving your circulation. But one of the best benefits is not the physical but the mental benefits you get from weightlifting.

“Have you ever been in love? Horrible isn't it? It makes you so vulnerable. It opens your chest and it opens up your heart and it means that someone can get inside you and mess you up. You build up all these defenses, you build up a whole suit of armor, so that nothing can hurt you, then one stupid person, no different from any other stupid person, wanders into your stupid life...You give them a piece of you. They didn't ask for it. They did something dumb one day, like kiss you or smile at you, and then your life isn't your own anymore. Love takes hostages. It gets inside you. It eats you out and leaves you crying in the darkness, so simple a phrase like 'maybe we should be just friends' turns into a glass splinter working its way into your heart. It hurts. Not just in the imagination. Not just in the mind. It's a soul-hurt, a real gets-inside-you-and-rips-you-apart pain. I hate love.”

Mark: Ok. So here I am. I am on the golf course at Mosquito City. I have got the ocean on one side and the jungle on the other. I have just had a game of golf.
Peter: That was a great game , Mark.
Mark: That was a great game. Peter. Yeah.
Peter: Wonderful.
Mark: I have just had a game of golf with Peter Bestluck, the richest man in Mosquito City, who is also a rhino lover and the man who funded the Mosquito City Rhino Park, part of the international effort to save the rhino. And Peter, I am going to put you on the spot here. I am going to ask you a difficult question.
Peter: Ok. Fire ahead.
Mark: You told me last week that you…yesterday… not last week… yesterday… that you had purchased a fleet of new jet liners for the Mosquito City Airline Company, which you have just purchased.
Peter: You have your facts right.
Mark: And you are going to enlarge the airport…
Peter: That is right.
Mark: You are going to expand the airport facilities if you can get government funding.
Peter: We will get government funding. In fact I fund…
Mark: Government approval.
Peter: Oh government approval. Oh. Yes.
Mark: Now what I am going to ask you about is the environmental question. Now in this day of climate change, global warming, it is fairly generally accepted that burning fossil fuels causes global warming, pollution and it is changing our environment. How do you feel about that problem?
Peter: Everything in Mosquito City and the surroundings is run on clean power.
Mark: Really?
Peter: Yep. That is right. Hydrogen-powered.
Mark: Hydrogen-powered?
Peter: Yeah. So. Yeah. Right. We considered this a long time ago and … well… we didn’t have to introduce anything. It was already here. That kind of mentality.
Mark: Right. So you…you … you are expanding the airline and you (have) bought a whole new fleet of jets but you are not causing pollution
Peter: That is correct.
Mark: Your carbon footprint is almost nothing.
Peter: Absolutely.
Mark: Wow! … Wow! That is a clean system.
Peter: A very clean system.

Duck truck
When you’re in London you can see an unusual and brightly coloured transport travelling around the city centre. It is called “duck” which is a “passenger truck” going both by water and land. A duck tour is a nice way to enjoy the sights of central London such as Big Ben, the London Eye and Westminster Abbey from the water.
Jeepney
The Jeepney is called “the king of the road” in the Philippines. These coloured vehicles are the gifts from American troops. Nowadays, brightly decorated jeepneys are a symbol of Philippine culture and very popular way of travelling around in the country.
Dog Sled
Those people who like travelling over ice and snow can try dog sledding. In Eastern Russia, Northern Norway, Canada and Alaska it’s a special way to travel both for locals and tourists. Dog sledding isn’t quite comfortable but it gives you a great possibility to enjoy wonderful winter landscapes. By the way, racing dog sleds is a popular sport which a lot of people love watching or taking part in.
Suspended monorail
Tram above your head is an exciting sight in the German City of Wuppertal. Suspended monorail is one of the city’s greatest attractions and an important means of transport. More than 25 million citizens use the monorail every year. The idea of floating trams is not a new one but this kind of transportation is really reliable.
Bamboo train
Those people who enjoy everything exotic may want to ride a bamboo train in Cambodia. Passengers travel without any comfort sitting on a bamboo platform. However, this type of transport is really popular with Cambodians as it is cheap and goes regularly.

The fog was growing heavier. I turned on the fog lights.
We were driving on a mountain road in the middle of the night.
“It's so foggy, almost as if we are in a mist sauna."
My wife said this from the passenger seat, with a pensive look on her face.
Then she said,
“霧(きり) is ‘mist’ in English, right?”
“Yeah.”
“So, did the word ‘mystery’ come from ‘mist’?”
“I don’t know…”
I answered rather mindlessly looking straight ahead into the dense fog that was blocking my view. But on second thought, it might be true that the word was made by likening it to a condition like this; veiled in a haze.
“Maybe so.”
Saying that, my eyes darted sideways, my feet slamming on the brakes at the same time. I felt my blood run cold. There was no one in the passenger seat.
I remembered that it had already been six years since I lost her.
