A video cv is a short virtual recording to supplement a written application. The purpose of a cv video is to highlight a candidate's skills, experience and personality. It is usually between 1 and 3 minutes. But making a video cv can turn into a challenge for some candidates. Indeed they can can get scared in front of a camera. But in some domains, a video cv can make the différence because you can get your dream job.
