I like all genres of movies but I’m a fan of documentaries like the ones you can watch on discovery channel. The last I saw was blue planet ! it was so interesting and the pictures were so amazing! I definetely recommend it !

‘Genres of movies’ is fine, but it is more natural to use the Germanic word order.
Because you are introducing a contrast (liking many genres, but one in particular), I added ‘especially’ to mark that contrast.
‘The last I saw’ feels incomplete without ‘one’. English cannot use adjectival pronouns as readily as can French.
Capitalize most words in titles (Blue Planet) and in proper nouns (Discovery Channel).
I added some necessary punctuation. Use a comma before conjunctions (and, but, or, for, nor), as these introduce independent clauses. In speech, the comma marks a pause.
