I twisted my ankle.
When I was swimming in a pool at the Shangri-la hotel, people were looking at one place together and talking about something.
A man was taking pictures of it.
So I looked at that direction and saw a big lizard was walking along.
The lizard looked at least 50 cm long.
I have never seen such a big lizard, so I wanted to take a photo.
As soon as I got out of the pool, I dashed to my camera on a table a hundred meters away.
Suddenly something in my foot broke with a snap.
I felt a pain in my ankle and couldn’t run as fast as I wanted.
Soon after I was back in Japan, a week after I had broken my tendon, I went to a doctor.
A man goes to the doctor and says, "Doctor, wherever I touch, it hurts."
The doctor asks, "What do you mean?"
The man says, "When I touch my shoulder, it really hurts. If I touch my knee - OUCH! When I touch my forehead, it really, really hurts."
The doctor says, "I know what's wrong with you - you've broken your finger!"
