1. This is a house. A very big house. It’s actually a palace.
It is between St James’s Park and Hyde Park. There are always
guards in front of the palace because the Queen lives there.
2. This monument is very big. It’s a cathedral. It is opposite
Shakespeare’s Globe and not far from the Tower of London.
It is white and has a dome.
3. Now, this monument is marvelous! It is very big too. It is a very
old castle. With four towers. It is next to Tower Bridge and the River
Thames. Inside this castle, there is the Queen’s crown. There are
guards in front of it.
4. To finish, this is a very famous symbol of the United Kingdom.
It’s in the Houses of Parliament, it’s a huge tower with a clock.
The bell rings every hour: listen!
My accent is American, but this might help regardless.
