My name is William . I 'm 11 years old and I 'm in year 7 at King Solomon Academy in London. My school is situated next to Regent's park in London.
I live just 5 minutes away from the school so Every morning I walk to school with my best friends Sean and Hermione! Yes, i know she has the same name as the character in Harry potter but she isn't a witch !
Every morning at school we start with morning meeting at 8.10 : our headmaster gives us important information. Then our first lesson starts at 8.35 . We have 4 lessons in the morning with a break from 11.20 to 11.35.
We have a lunch break from 12.30 to 2 p.m . We have lunch but we have other activities , too for example we can play basketball, football, boardgames or we can practise music, art .
Lunch break is fantastic, too because Every day we have 25 minutes of D E A R : these letters mean Drop Everything And Read. it is a moment when everybody at school stops and reads : I love it because I can continue my favourite books or read magazines.
In the afternoon, we have only 2 lessons and our day finishes at 3.50 p.m .
My favorite subjects are English, French and Art : so my favourite day is friday because I have Art at 8.35 then I study English literature at 9.30 and French at 10.25.
I study other subjects for example : science, maths , humanities and I have 2 hours of P.E on Monday mornings .
