I wouldn’t do two X workouts in a row, because you won’t be able to even put the same amount of energy for the second workout. Two workouts in a row makes sense if you’re doing low to medium intensity training and not pushing yourself too hard. If that’s the only time you have to do your training and want to do two workouts a day, then you’ll just have to accept the fact that your second workout won’t be a high intensity training because your body won’t have the energy for it. That said, you’ll be still getting extra benefit from moving your body longer and burning more calories.
