I have been busy these days so I have often eaten food sold in convenience stores.
My diet has been unbalanced for 2 weeks.
So today I finally had a strong headache and felt less energetic.
On my way home from work ,
I went to a supermarket and bought a lot of vegetables and fruits,
so I was able to make Ratatouille for dinner.
Hopefully I feel better tomorrow.
