When testing casing from 177.8mm (7") - 273.1mm (11 3/4") you get an entire test of the connection area.
The testing bar tools have a working pressure rating of 70 MPA or 10,150 PSI. With a 3-1 safety factor for testing 7"( 177.8mm), 7 5/8"( 193.7mm), 8 5/8"( 219.1mm), 9 5/8" (244.5mm), and 11 3/4"( 273.1mm).
