"Please pass the salt."
isn't a question, so you don't need the question-mark.
If you say it this way:
Could you pass the salt, please?
it means the same, but now it's a question (and more friendly and polite) so it needs the question-mark.
Are you sure, that you want an RP accent? It's considered rather comical nowadays. It used to be the official accent of the BBC, about 60 years ago, but now we listen to ordinary, more natural accents and even the royal family speak more normally than they once did.

I expect this does not have a recording yet because of the accent you are asking for. Is it that important to you or will you take any accent, just hoping for an English RP accent?
