…dreams to join (corrected to ‘dreams of joining’)

join your hands (corrected to ‘join hands’, an idiomatic expression)

it is important (changed to ‘it’s important’. Always use contractions in informal English unless you want to emphasize a point.)

which I can’t understand. (added a comma, which is necessary for meaning :) )

I made a little mistake at the end, but repeated the sentence correctly. I hope that doesn’t bother you.
