Sipadan Island
Sipadan is Malaysia's only volcanic island, located in the Celebes Sea off Sabah.
Sipadan Island is located in the heart of the Indo-Pacific basin, one of the richest marine areas in the world. The ecosystem here has more than 3,000 species of fish and hundreds of types of coral.
This island is formed from living coral growing on the top of an extinct volcano for thousands of years.
Sipadan Island is known as a paradise for scuba diving enthusiasts. In particular, this island is voted by many diving magazines in the world as one of the most beautiful diving spots in the world that you should experience once in your life.
In particular, swimming in Sipadan you can also play with sharks - An experience that is not available everywhere. Although it is a shark, it is not harmful to humans, because they are just baby sharks.
