Native North American English, please. Presentation tone.

Hello everyone, I am Stephen, I’m an accountant and I work as a fiscal analyst for a telecom. My wife and I have been married for 24 years and we have 3 nice boys.
I’m a volunteer with BlackED, an NGO that stimulates and helps the poor, brown, and black community understand that education is the only way to access good jobs and open the doors to overcome poverty for a life with better conditions of living, food, and dignity.
The BlackED idea came in the 70s, when Friar Solomon encountered a sad reality for black people: when he asked a young group who would like to go to college, only two raised their hands and told him that their mother cleaned bathrooms at the university because of a policy that university had of giving scholarships for employees’ children, and she, through a lot of effort, created this opportunity for her children.
But should it always be like that? That’s why BlackED exists.
BlackED prepares black people, offering free pre-college courses so that everyone has access to high-quality universities, both public and private. Accepted students can even receive full scholarships.
Students who benefit from our initiative soon become also our volunteers, because it’s very important—and we really emphasize this—that students who have been helped should also help others. I’ll give you one example: a young person who gets into private college through our institution, without paying anything, and has some special skill, for example, can work as a volunteer teacher, teaching this same skill and helping other young people who soon will join the project too. If you speak English very well, or if you know about computers, or if you have any other skills, you can help other people and make this project grow.
We even have young people who, after graduating, open their own schools and institutes to help others who may be going through the same hardships and dealing with the same problems.
