3. From 1994 until 1995 the rate increased very sharply, to 28,2%.
4. Over the four years from 1995 until 1999 the rate fell rapidly from 28,2% to 10%.
5. During 1999-2001, the inflation rate stabilised approximately on 10%.
6. During 2001-2007, the rate flutuated strongly between 9,2%-8%.
7. During 2007-2009, the rate slightly decreased, from 8% to 4,2 %.
8. During 2009-2012, the rate showed an tendency of fluctuation.
