I used to work as a technician in a company designing gas pipelines, but some time ago I realized how much I love learning languages and decided to make some changes in my life. I entered the Institute of International relations in Ekaterinburg where I studied translation for the last six years. This summer I graduated with honors.
JabberVox: Thank you for your help! I'm a bit uneasy about using Perfect – since I already graduated and I'm not studying at the moment, is it appropriate to use Perfect Continuous? Probably I shouldn't have used "for the last six years", but I can't think for a better way to say it.
