By the first of the month preceding the month of shipment the Seller shall notify the Buyer by fax of the date of the readiness of the goods for shipment from port Napoli stating the weight in metric tons and the cubic volume of the cargo. The same notification shall be sent to the Buyer’s Forwarding Agent.
Within 24 hours after shipment of the goods the Seller shall notify the Buyer by fax of the date of shipment, the Contract number, the number of the Bill of Lading, the denomination of the equipment, the quantity of cases, the weight, the name of the vessel and the port of destination. The above fax notification shall be confirmed by a letter.
