when you're an athlete, it’s important to drink water. If you drink water you can run
longer: it rehydrates your body and the minerals make you resist longer.
It’s the case for cyclists they don’t stop pedaling but there are people on the side of the road who give
them water bottles.
Athletes also have to eat more than other people because they burn more calories than other
people. But have to be more careful than others about what they eat. Most of them have to eat more slow-burning sugar than we do.
