One car was traveling east on First Avenue when the light turned red. The car didn’t stop when the light changed. It hit a truck that was entering the intersection. According to a witness, the driver was talking on a cell phone when he hit the truck. When the ambulance arrived, the paramedics treated the drivers. There were no serious injuries.
