Hi there! I wrote this poem for my 11-year old pupils from France. Could you please try to read it like a "slam poem" so I can add background music on your recording and turn it into an actual slam track? I know I'm asking a lot, thanks a million!
IN MY SCHOOL
I can walk and I can run,
I can have a lot of fun,
I can write and dance and sing,
I can do most anything,
I can read my ABC’s,
I can say my 1-2-3’s,
I can feel happy or sad,
I can feel grumpy or mad,
I can learn and I can grow,
There’s so much that I want to know,
I can help a friend in need,
I can help them to succeed,
But there is a thing or two,
That I can’t or mustn’t do,
I can’t make fun of people,
I can’t fight or act evil,
I mustn’t destroy for fun,
Because in my school, everyone,
Everyone has feelings too,
Everyone’s like me and you.
