Try to ｗrite ａｎｄ read them once.
Think about them and do them.
To my self (2):
If you try to hide from it, then maybe it will chase you.
Go face to face with your fears and/then fight against them!
Yeah , maybe you will lose a bet and also maybe you will win a bet.
But who knows?
Just after facing it can we know the result!
But it`s reality that hiding is the same as losing the bet.
