I got a cold./I caught a cold.
My throat is very sore.
Whenever I talk or swallow it really hurts。
...........................it's really sore。
...........................it's really painful。
When I got up in the morning, my throat was congested but I was unable to clear it.
Talking is really not easy.
Whenever I tried to clear my throat it really hurt.
I hope when after sleeping well tonight, it will be get better by tomorrow.

목감기인가 봐요.
목이 너무 아파요.
침을 삼키거나 말을 할 때마다 너무 아파요.
말하기가 너무 불편합니다.
아침에 일어 나니 목에 가래가 있는 것 같은데, 뱉을 수가 없었어요.
뱉으려면 너무 아파서 말이지요.
오늘 밤 잠을 잘 자고, 내일은 좋아지면 좋겠어요.여러분은 감기 걸리지 마세요.
我感冒了。嗓子很不舒服，一说话或咽唾沫[yàn tuòmò]就很疼。说话真的很不方便。咽唾沫[yàn tuòmò]也不容易。早上起来后，就感觉嗓子里有痰，不过吐不出来。（，不过很难吐出来。）
想要吐痰的时候，嗓子更疼。
我希望今天好好睡一觉，明天起来的时候会好一点。大家别感冒！要注意！
