Note to recorder:

Hello there. The text is from an ESL textbook, as part of the UK English Programme series, which was not written by English-speaking writers, so I think there remain several phrases which sound not natural to you. If so, please feel free to change them.

My students are in their 4th grade. Could you help me make two separate recordings for the READING text – one at your normal/natural speed, and the other at your slow speed, and one separate recording for the question-and-answer sections, please?

I tried to make many questions as I could in order to check students’ understanding. I think some questions may be unnatural, so please help me rewrite them/add more related questions and their [suggested] answers as well. I want all of the best for my students.

The recording with your normal speed will be useful to their listening exercise since it will be quite challenging, and hopefully they will not be bored!

Meanwhile, the recording with your slow one will help them hear the sound carefully, and thus enable them to imitate your pronunciation easily.

Thank you in advance!
