Welcome to this sighseeing tour of New-York. Today, thanks to the TopView bus, you are going to discover the city of New-York. First, on your left, you can see a famous monument: the Statue of Liberty. Beautiful isn’t it?
Then in this street, there are many shops and restaurants and there is also a nice park on your right.
If you look right and left, you can see many buildings too.
And over there, you can see great museums on your right.

Americans often refer to the Statue of Liberty as 'she'. Most monuments would be 'it', though.
Shops are 'on' a street. If they were 'in' the street, the cars might hit them.
I removed the hyphen from New York. This city's name does not use one. We sometimes hyphenate city names when more than one city is combined. For example, the "Seattle-Tacoma Airport" serves the cities of Seattle and Tacoma.
