The author says fruits and vegetables are important if you want a healthy diet. Moreover, you have to eat fruits and vegetables. Variety is better than quantity.
A single fruit or vegetable has not all the nutrients the body needs to be healthy.
Indeed, the fruit and vegetables benefits are: it reduces several diseases such as as blood pressure, heart diseases, it prevents somes types of cancer.
Therefore we need to vary the fruits and vegetables to give our body the necessary nutrients.
To conclude Mrs Hung H.C says our body needs differents fruits and vegetables of differents varieties to provide us differents nutrients.
