Would (‘will’ sounds like a particular dessert in the future. ‘would’ is a supposition in this context.)
‘Cook’ usually involves a stovetop (the ‘hob’ in the UK). Cookies and bread are prepared in the oven, so you could say that they are ‘baked’. I decided that ‘make’ was the best word because you described the recipe ingredients, not just the final step in preparation.
In English, you should not place a space in front of the punctuation marks (!?;)
