I made various changes...
"pedagogic" > "pedagocial". This is a useless change. "Educational" or "training" is better.
"Compliance" > "Accordance". Actually, compliance is stronger, so stick with it if you feel the need. Seemed a bit odd since one usually complies with orders, rules, etc., not plans.
