Hi ! My name is Rebecca Parker. I’m 21 and I’m a cheerful, energetic, creative Canadian student in music. I’m looking for a flat to share in London. I’m vegan and a real nature and animal lover.
I’m a singer too. I must practise every day but in my room, of course ! I am respectful, that is to say I don’t practice extremely early or late in the day. If you choose me, I will respect you and I won’t practise my singing while you’re sleeping. I need a quiet home in a quiet neighbourhood. I’m often at home so I would rather live with people who work at regular hours outside of the house. I mustn’t be disturbed by noises when I’m working.
I love cooking in my free time. If you choose me, I will make pancakes with maple syrup for breakfast on Sundays, I promise ! So a kitchen is a necessity, and a garden would be ideal to invite friends ! I’m easygoing, open-minded and I really love having fun !
I’m looking for 1 or 2 flatmates, and a very spacious room. I’m clean and tidy, and I like my living space to be the same. I’m mature, responsible and caring. In fact, I’m always in the role of the “house mum”. If you choose me, I will plan everything for everyone. I don’t mind sharing the housework. I would prefer to live with people who share my point of view. By the way, they can be either boys or girls, or both, it doesn’t matter at all.
They can be either students or they can already have a job. But they should neither be lazy or selfish.
I can get along with all sorts of people, but I’d rather live with creative, charismatic and eco-friendly people.
Last but not the least… I can pay £650 a month, no more ! Electricity and water included.
The ideal place for me would be next to Paddington Station because I go back to Canada to visit my family once a month. Another possibility would be not far from Camden Town because I really enjoy that place. It’s so strange !
