Thank you for the recordings. How good do you think can you pronounciate everything? You are a native speaker, so your pronounciation is perfect is not it?
Sometimes I think about it, to be honest. People make so good recordings for me, I don't know if I can keep the same quality..... One recording of mine sounded to me like if I was talking from a bucket :)
As for the accent. I believe that Russian doesn`t differ that much in monolingual areas. I was born and raised in Moscow, I wouldn`t be able to tell which part of Russia someone else is from until they say it.

"Нового русского" sounds a little bit ambiguous as we use "новый русский" to refer to "the New Rich", new elite that appeared after the collapse of the Soviet Union. I suppose the original meaning of the sentence that the neighbor is new. The solution I could think of in this case is to use "свой". "Вы знаете своего нового русского соседа?" I added this sence to the recording as well.
