I am glad that I can help you with a special birthday for your sister. As you wrote me, the Majestic hotel is a great solution, but I am worried about the expenses to rent it. I suggest to invite around 30-40 people which is the optimal number for organization. If I could decide the solution, I suggest to prepare a picnic party in your garden with party tents or on the beach. The beach is quite close to your house.First, we can order a catering service for food and buy some drinks (also alcoholic/nonalcoholic drinks) for us in the supermarket. Second, we can prepare a place for a barbecue. What is your opinion about that?
I know Anna loves listening to music, so we can invite a DJ or a live band, and we can make a great party! If somebody is interested, we can continue going to a party in the evening. Do you have any ideas for a band?
Anna enjoys travelling, so I would like to buy a trip abroad for her. We can discuss about a destination, where she has already been or hasn't been.
Unfortunately, I am busy the day before the party because I have to go to work, but I can help you in the afternoon or 2 days before the party. I really think that an outside party would be a good idea. Let´s keep in touch.
