"What are you like ?" We really don't ask this question, and it is really invasive.
We ask instead, "What are your hobbies?", "What do you like to do?", and only if we are familiar with the person would we ask "How would you describe yourself?". But again, english speakers don't usually like that kind of question, and it can only be used in certain environments.
