The 5 Rules To Be A Superhero

Rule n°1
A superhero must use his power to protect people.
Rule n°2
A superhero must be loyal to his friends.
Rule n°3
A superhero must be courageous. He mustn’t be a coward!
Rule n°4
A superhero must have a superpower.
Rule n°5
A superhero must have a special outfit.

Are you ready to save the world?

A typical day in my life starts with waking up at 6 am to the sound of my alarm clock. I hit the snooze button a couple of times before finally getting out of bed. After a few stretches, I proceed to the bathroom where I brush my teeth, take a shower, and dress up.

I head to the kitchen where I prepare a cup of coffee and make some oatmeal for breakfast. After eating, I spend a few minutes planning out my day, checking my emails, and making a to-do list.

One day, in Sonic's world, three superhero friends - Iron- Lady, Sonic Ashura, and Sam the blind knife thrower - had a big problem. Their bad guy, Eggman, wanted to smash Sonic's world.
Eggman, round like an egg with a funny mustache, had a machine called the "Egg-sterminator." He laughed, "I'm going to break your world!"
Iron-Lady, strong and brave, shouted, "No way, Eggman!" Eggman threw egg bombs at her, but she hit them back with her strong arm. The eggs splattered all over Eggman.
Sonic Ashura, super fast, ran all around, confusing Eggman. Eggman shot a missile, but Sonic spun into a ball and bounced it back at Eggman.
Last was Sam, who could throw knives perfectly even though he couldn't see. He threw his knives at the "Egg-sterminator" and broke it into little bits.
Eggman, all covered in egg yolk, ran away. "I'II be back!" he yelled. But the superheroes just laughed. They knew they had saved Sonic's world again. After their big adventure, they went to eat yummy omelettes.

This year I have resolutions

This year I will not stop drinking coffee
but I will gladly alternate with tea.
This year I will not pay to join a gym
but I will gladly take a swim.
This year I will not stop buying new shoes
but I promise to not abuse.
This year I will not stop eating cupcakes
but I will have morning corn flakes.
This year I will not build my own savings
but I won't give to my cravings.
This year I will not shutdown my Facebook
but I will also read a full book.
This year I will not be more loveable
but I will learn to be grateful.
This year I will probably be complaining,
but I will not at everything.
This year I will surely not be perfect
but I will work on one aspect.
I will be true, I will be me

She started dancing lessons when she was 10 years old.
I watched lots of cartoons when I was young.
My mother worked in a supermaket in 2021.
We visited England last summer.
I enjoyed eating at the restaurant yesterday.

I help a lot at home!
In the morning, I usually make my bed, and then I set the table for everybody’s breakfast.
When I come back home after school, I always walk the dog before I do my homework.
After my homework, I sometimes help cook dinner.
Every Saturday morning, I tidy up my bedroom and I generally hoover it. Sometimes, I also mop the floor.
On Sundays I usually do laundry, but I never fold the clothes. My dad is the one who always does it!
I rarely clean the windows. It’s usually my mum who takes care of that once a month!
And you, do you help at home? How often do you do the washing-up or clean the house?

On school days, I wake up at a quarter past six and then I have breakfast. I usually eat a piece of toast with jam and a banana or an apple with a glass of orange juice.
After that, at around half past 6, I make my bed, I brush my teeth and I get dressed. If I have some time before the bus arrives, I check my social media on my phone. Otherwise, I walk directly to the bus stop.
I take the bus to go to school and I go to class all morning long. At lunch, I always eat at the canteen with my friends and then I go back to class. I finish school at 3 pm and then I have athletics on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays. I love running!
At 5 pm I take the bus back home. I do my homework and I pack my bag. I rarely pack it in the morning because I don't have a lot of spare time and I'm usually too sleepy to focus!
At around half past 6, I help my dad prepare dinner and I always set the table.
We often watch a movie together with my other dad, but I sometimes choose to read in bed. I love detective stories and sci-fi!
Before I go to bed, I have a shower, then I brush my teeth and I generally go to bed at 10pm or more rarely at half past 10.
