My name is Myo Lin Thway. I have this Burmese Bites for four or five years. My menu is a little bit different from the restaurant menu. Mine is grand-and-go, more of a fast food. I started out as a street fair vendor and I didn't do very well on the street because my food is kind of new and you know, the nature of the street fair is that you are in this place, this week and you are on another place another week. So I said ok, I need a stationary place so that people can come back to me if they like my food. So, I've been with Queens International Night Market for the past four years, this is my fourth year and I did pretty good on the first year. This is the fourth year and so far it has been my best year with Queens International Night Market.
I noticed that people like my favourite Palata a lot. I said I want to introduce that Palata to the public and that's how I started with Palata, but not only the chicken curry Palata and (___?) Palata, I also being known for coconut chicken noodle soup, which I introduced people as the Burmese ramen.
I feel really good to represent Burmese food over here, especially a lot of people come and tell me , oh you are first Burmese food cart vendor over here. There are a lot of Burmese restaurants in everywhere else but this is the first Burmese food cart.
For me, it's not entirely 100% about winning. It's also about publicity. You go down there, you represent your food to the public. So, it does, even though I don't win the trophy it's a win-win situation for me. But don't get me wrong, I-I should win.

Sorry that that added twice for some reason.
A quick note, just in case it's not clear. The English spoken by this guy is not 100% correct, there's some grammatical mistakes and such that I've written out exactly as he's said them. Just wanted to make a note of that in case this was going to be used for any kind of study. If need it could be re-written with corrections, but as is, it's not all correct.
