他們紛紛下誓 must be 他們紛紛下世.
下誓 means make a promise solemnly.
Also the subtitle is "they came to the wold one after another", "came to the world" should be translated as 下世 (xia shi).
In your text, 祂 and 他 are both used. Normally, they should be consistent, either 祂 or他 in one text. However, 祂 is now seldom used....
