-Was *cough* did um... You and the band's management, the band's attorneys ever discuss the details of how you were going to change Steven Adler's status?
-To a certain extent yes.
-What is the extent to which you participated in the discussion? What details were discussed?
-Figure out terms of probation.
-Sorry I didn't hear you.
-Figuring out some of the terms of probation.
-Ok.
-I don't remember which things I agreed to or not or even suggested now. Um... And that if he couldn't get off drugs he was gone.
-Did you discuss with any of the people you described what would happen if he didn't get off drugs and he was gone in terms of winding up (?) his interest in the band.
-No, as I stated in my deposition, I figured all of that would be negotiated at some point.
-So, did you give any thought as of the time. Strike that. You signed an agreement called the "March 28th agreement" didn't you?
-Yes.
-Ok, and that's exhibit 2 I think it's one of the documents here before you. Do you need to look at it? To know what I'm talking about or?
-I don't. (Cannot understand due to coughing.)

-The document, the exhibit 2.
-Yes.
-Ok. Did you have ideas that you wanted in the document?
-I wanted the members of Guns'n'Roses, myself included, to be protected by the document.
-Ok. Protected against what?
-Situations such as today.
-Didn't work.
-No.
-Well, (cannot understand) I'm sorry your honor, withdrawn. Um.
-And we don't know that one yet.
-Well said, well said.

by lissacupid 2:48 - 5:55

-Um , you said you wanted to be protected..umm... did you sit down with Mr. Given at any time and go over any draft of the agreement?
-I don't remember sitting down. There may have been some over the phone, there actually may have been one time in my condominium sitting down but I don't actually call it.
-Do you remember going over any draft of the document before the document was presented to (?) signature?
-Uh, clarification council we (?) himself were discussing it somebody else.
-Allow me to break it down
-To be honest I don't remember, I can vaguely recall possibly but then again it may have been another document, we're constantly signing documents and I don't know if this was over the phone or in person.
-You say you're constantly signing documents, you've got he court agreements and the (?) agreements
-Yes
-...and agreements like that but what's your habit of custom when you have to sign a document such as a court agreement, you sit down and read it?
-Depending on the document
-Ok, did you sit down and read exhibit two cover to cover before you signed it?
-I don't remember.

-Did you ever rely upon the advice of your managers or lawyers of what a document contains rather than sitting down and trying to analyze it yourself?
-Yes there has been many times I've done that.
-Many times what?
-Many times I've done that.
-Ok. Did you ever get together with other members of your band to ask questions of the managers or the attorneys as who what the guts of the documents was rather than analyzing them yourself.
-Yes
-Do you have any recollection of suggesting any languages or exhibitives?
-Suggestive language, no
-Okay, did you..
-Eric probably thrown my language out
-Did did you talk to-who were you talking to about the language of the agreement as opposed to just the concept of putting Steve on probation?

-(Mumbling from the judge) (?)

-Did you talk to anybody about the language of the agreement as opposed to putting Steve on probation?
-That is part of the language...question's confusing. Yep, that's compound.
-Ok. Was it your understanding that the document was being drawn up was going to put Steve on some kind of probation?
-Yes

by martiwl 5:55 - 7:34

What else did you understand that the document was going to do vis à vis Steve? At any time before you signed it.
Axl: Please repeat the question.
I want to know what else you thought that that document was going to do. What effect you thought it was going to have, other than the fact that it was going to put Steve on a probationary basis. What else did you think it was going to do?
Axl: Well if you didn't read the reclaimers of the probation, it was going to remove him from Guns N' Roses.
Well did you think that the requirements of the probation were going to be spelled out in the document? Like not using drugs or showing up to all of the personal visits?
Axl: Yes, yeah.
Was it your understanding that the document would say something about drugs, about using drugs?
Axl : Yes
Was that your understanding when you signed the document? When you signed the document, did you believe the document contained something about drugs or using them?
Axl: I don't remember exactly, specifically what I was thinking when I read the document, but I did sign it.
You do remember now that you did read the document.
Axl: Yeah, I read it.

by aulucy216 7:34 - 10:36

Axl: I know that I read it. I don't remember necessarily what I thought while I was reading it.
Did you ever have any conversations with anybody before March 28th about how you would go about buying out Steve or terminating his interest uh and his relationship with that band if probation didn't work out?
Axl: Um, no i was never trying to figure out how to buy him out.
You know the agreement was going to place Steve on probation, correct?
Axl: Yes.
And that during that probationary period, he wouldn't have the status of partner anymore, correct? He would just be an employee?
Axl: Correct.
You knew the agreement had a provision by which if he could satisfactorily satisfy the conditions of probation, that is operate it to your satisfaction, he could be reinstated as a partner. Correct?
Axl: Yes.
Ok. Now he knew however that the possibility existed that he might not be able to get off drugs and that if he didn't, he was flunk out and he'd be gone. Correct?
Axl: Yes.
Did you sit down with anybody... did you talk to anybody, either management or other band members or lawyers about, look, what happens if he does flunk out and it ends, what are we gonna owe this guy, and uh how are we gonna pay.
Axl: I know there were questions asked but until the document was produced, there were no conclusions made or, ideas set in place place how it was going to be.
You say you know there were questions asked. Questions asked by who?
Axl: Me.
Ok, what were you asking?
Axl: What's gonna happen.
What's gonna happen if he doesn't make it?
Axl: Yes.
Ok and of whom did you ask that question?
Alan..., Peter Paterno, Doug Olsteen.

Hi, dear members. Can you please still transcript what it's being said from minute 8:00 to 8:20 and from 09:22 to 09:40? Sorry for going deep into details. :)

Also, from 5:23 to 5:27. It seems to me an objection is made. A male voice says something ("controversional"?), then a female voice says something like "(ad)join on". I coudn't find any court objection on Internet similar to the latter. Later, again in an objection, the same female voice seems to say the same first word ("join"(?)). So it appears to be almost formulaic. Can anybody figure out this phrase?

This is my best guess, but I don't think it's accurate, as it's almost impossible to hear or understand everything they're saying. You really need a lawyer who understands legal terms. (For example, I don't think it's My Lord, as that's a British court saying, but that's what it sounds like.)
