Hi,
I have changed only a few things which didn't sound quite natural.
Most of the text in blue refers to cultural comments about your text. I have recorded it as you wanted, but some things are factually wrong. I think this is because you are mixing Mexican and Spanish traditions, which are so different!
- On the one hand, I am a Spaniard and I have never heard of people using "lima" instead of "limón" on a paella. Perhaps because "lima" is quite a foreign fruit to us. It has been introduced through American influence, perhaps from Mexico, and we use it with drinks mainly, not so much in food.
- On the other, "mariachis" is a kind of Mexican music which is completely foreign to Spanish people. We never listen to "mariachis" while eating "paella". This is as if you were speaking about English traditions and you said that they drink tea while watching the kangaroos go past. Yes, in Australia they share some cultural habits with Britain, but there's a limit! ;-)
