1. What are the qualities of a good leader?
Well, I guess a leader should have a number of qualities, one of which would be being decisive, because if you think about it, one of the most important things that leaders have to do is make decisions, and more often than not, there’s no clear-cut answer to a solution, so if you’re not good at making decisions under such circumstances, then you probably won’t make a very effective leader.
So for me, this would be the main quality, but of course, there are other important ones too, like having respect for people, as well as being able to inspire them, which the best leaders all tend to do.
2. Why do we need leaders?
I’d say there are quite a few reasons why we need leaders, and one would basically be that leaders help teams work together and stay organised. So I mean, if we didn’t have leaders, just imagine the chaos that everything would be in. For example, companies wouldn’t be able to function properly, and on a bigger scale, it would be impossible to govern a country if there were no leaders, so I think it’s pretty safe to say that it’s extremely important that we have them!
3. Would you like to be a leader?
Yeah, I probably would quite like to, because being a leader, you have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people, and hopefully even inspire them, which wouldn’t be easy, of course, but I think it would be very rewarding.
